Brief update
Still training and tri-ing with 2 weeks to go until next try at Oly Tri!
I have to say that I nearly quit last week because Tri stress was leading to insomnia which was leading to an inability to train which in turn led to more Tri stress!
But, I went for a 10K run on the Tri course and it felt so good, I stopped trying to quit.
Yesterday I got into open water for the first time since my last Tri - it was a positive experience.
But, I am in an insomniac cycle and I am constantly hungry so somethings need to give. I need to improve my diet - eat more - and somehow figure out a better way to sleep!
But I'm still here and still tri-ing!

Keep at it.
I just find following someone's feet helps a lot in the swim. Not only i can draft off of, I was so focus on the staying behind those pair of feet that I don't have enough brain power to freak out or worry.
